Pam & DG

One of the many things I haves learned shooting this wedding was not to wear ankle socks in 2 feet of snow BRRRRRRRRR. lol.

Pam and DG are a great couple. Pam is on the outgoing side while DG is more on the laid back side of things. They had a beautiful wedding at the MTCC and one of nicest but coldest days of the year. Every wedding has something new that is my favourite of that certain item.  This wedding had the coolest cake I have ever seen..

Photographer-This was my first time shooting with Sherri-Lynn Poirier . And if you know Sherri or even just met her for 3 seconds you know I did a little bit of laughing at this wedding. Sherri is probably the craziest girl I have ever met, no actually she is the craziest and I mean that in a fun way.

I would like to say thank you to the wonderful staff at the Bean Bank Cafe in downtown Sydney. They took us in out of the cold for a little break from the weather and a nice warm drink.

Centre For Distance Education

We were hired to do a promotional video for CDED. I have to say the staff at CDED are a pleasure to work with. After working with CDED on this project I have to say they are some of the most easy going people I have had a chance to work with. I would highly recommend checking out their programs if you are thinking about an education, http://www.cd-ed.com .

I would like to specially thank the staff at the YMCA in Sydney for all of their help as well as the Cape Breton Centre For Craft And Design. The Bean Bank Cafe, Excellent place for lunch with a wonderful staff.

Amanda & Kenneth

Amanda & kenneth

Well all I can say is Amanda and Kenneth are the perfect couple. Now saying that, let me explain myself. If you want to hang out and just chill with a few drinks/cigars and talk about life’s adventure’s, Kenneth is the guy. And I find myself moving more towards that type of person.

But if you want go out and let loose, Amanda will show you the way. lol

The best thing about shooting weddings you get to meet so many different people outside your little circle of friends/family. We had such a great time working with Amanda and Kenneth that we only hope they keep us in their circle.

Vacationing down south this year with my wife and friends we got to briefly chill out with Amanda and Kenneth. I got to experience both parts of the dynamic duo. I sat and chilled with Kenneth and talked about life over a couple of drinks. Later that night I got to have a little dance with Amanda. Little is an understatement lol. I was on the tail end of my vacation when Amanda and Kenneth arrived so I was not in dancing shape hahahahaha. Amanda however thought she was auditioning for Grease 2 hahahahah.

I love my job.. that pretty much sums it up. Whenever you can share some of the most important moments of couples lives you can’t help yourself but become overwhelmed at times.

Billy & Lisa

 

Billy is a cousin of mine so when I was asked to shoot this wedding I got excited.

When you can shoot a wedding surrounded by family and friends it does make everything a whole lot easier. Although weddings really take their tole on you mentally, there really isn’t much left in the tank at the end of the night to celebrate.

Both Billy and LIsa are sport nuts, they both play various sports and actually bowl together in a local league. So when I was thinking of a place where we could go to get away and relax I thought bowling alley would be the perfect place

We had a great time shooting this wedding and both Scott and I wish you nothing but the best in the future.
